They are not legal advice, not medical advice, not psychological or psychiatric treatment, and not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation. If you are struggling with your attention, your mood or your health, talk to a doctor — not a Playbook.
FTC INCOME DISCLOSURE. Nothing here is a promise of earnings. Any figure, story or example describes a particular result and is not typical. Most people who buy a book do not act on it. Your outcome depends on you, your market, your effort and factors nobody controls.

SOURCES. Getting Things Done is the work of David Allen. Deep Work is the work of Cal Newport. Grit is the work of Angela Duckworth. This book is an independent synthesis: it is not authorised, endorsed, licensed or reviewed by any of them or their publishers, it reproduces no part of their work, and every idea attributed to them here is re-derived and restated in my own words. Buy their books. All three are better than me at the thing they built.
YOUR DATA. Everything the tools store lives in your own browser, on your own device, in localStorage. There is no account, no server and no database. I never see any of it. Clearing your browser data erases it permanently — export before you clear. If you supply an API key for the AI tools, it is stored in your browser only and sent directly from your device to Anthropic; it never passes through me.
